Inconvénients
The CEO is leading a culture of gaslighting and bullying. She seems like a deeply troubled person, and I do feel bad about that. I have never seen anything like it in all my days. Anyone who tries to voice their concerns gets silenced in really nasty ways. It is like some kind of movie. It does not even feel real. You will get told that this is how it is at start ups and the company just has high standards but I have never heard of a place this bad in my entire life. The CEO literally emails and texts around the clock and she changes her mind all the time. She leads these bizarre meetings where she talks about how hard everything is for her and how we should feel sorry for her because she is working around the clock. But if she is doing that it is not working because the place is a total mess with so much turnover and inefficiency. She is always changing her mind and changing her plans and everyone has to stop what they are doing and just do a 180 because she changed her mind on a whim. People are treated like servants, like absolute dirt. Everyone that I talk to is looking for another job and just trying to keep out of the line of fire until they can quit, myself included. It is a horrible toxic environment.
