Plant was recently retooled with a lot of new equipment, but it still breaks down frequently. You might be overworked one day, then sent home with no work the next day. Cameras EVERYWHERE watching your every move. Locker rooms / showers are disgusting. Leads are pretty much useless. Most of them abuse their phone privileges with no consequences.
