      Remote work, nice campus, good benefits

      Inconvénients

      Individual contributors not valued. Expected to sink or swim with very little support. HR does not protect the employees from managers that they know are bad and constantly push employees out. Look elsewhere.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
