      Avantages

      Kind, creative, thoughtful work environment with a great client list. A very human work-life balance fostered and all voices matter. Zero politics. High regard for the quality of work.

      Inconvénients

      More of a trap of being a small company rather than a cultural issue, it's hard to advance professionally even though as much opportunity is given as possible to take new challenges on. Is sometimes too democratic for its own good.

      Avantages

      Elixir is amazing. Great team, great work-life balance, great clients. You couldn't ask for more.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly none. There are not swanky things like corporate retreats, but the happiness from working there makes this of zero concern.
