This company is completely mismanaged by two people the founder picked for their longevity with the company. With no experience in running a company they continue to hire Advisers and Process Managers, but as the President is a narcissistic micro manager they are soon fired. The other owner simply can not work independently. They are a daily waste of the employees time and fire you for not doing your job. The founder created a culture that everyone was proud of and enjoyed coming to every day and what made the company great since 1964. This culture is destroyed. The company has gone from 24 to 15 employees since they fired the founder that gave them their positions. They have made the company work on a skeleton crew and tell you you need to work harder.
