      Avantages

      None really. My coworkers were nice, but that’s not because of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Stock room is unsafe and not OSHA compliant. Zero transparency with staff about how rhe store is doing, upcoming sales, etc. Almost nonexistant training. Questions discouraged. Management and leads so busy putting out fires that associates can’t get important questions answered or any sort of training. New associates asked to train even newer ones. Numerous lunch break violations, employees constantly asked to take breaks later or even after their shift ends. Hours cut constantly with no warning. At one point there were 60 associates for one store and everyone was getting 4-8 hours a week?? I don’t know why they hired that many in the first place?

      I’ve genuinely enjoyed my experience at Edikted. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and full of people who are passionate about the brand and the work they do. Leadership encourages creativity, growth, and new ideas, which makes it an exciting place to be, especially if you enjoy building and evolving alongside a growing company. One thing I appreciate most is the team culture. There’s a strong sense of support across departments, and people are willing to step in and help when needed. The company moves quickly, which can be challenging at times, but it also creates opportunities to learn, take ownership, and make a real impact. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy fashion, innovation, and being part of a growing brand, Edikted is a great place to work.
