Avantages
Amazing mission, unfortunately it is not embodied throughout day to day management. Unfortunately I really cannot offer much more in this area.
Inconvénients
No formal on boarding. Management very inexperienced, no formal leadership training. Managers with little to no experience developing or supporting a team. Blind leading the blind. Very cliquey, if you're not part of the inner circle your skill set and background are irrelevant. Extremely high turn over due to lack of support and training. Management will cover each other to throw other employees under the bus and hide their mistakes. Integrity and owning mistakes would go a long way. Very disheartening as CEO and the mission are the draw. Once hired it's clear that department management do not live up to the vision painted to new employees at hire.
