Avantages

Tips are almost on all of he orders. Catering orders are nice with very nice tips. If you're not making good money with this company it is probably because you suck as a delivery driver. And the only drivers that get good orders are the good drivers, I.e the ones that check their orders good, are positive, and are not late to your restaurants. So, if you're making mostly $5.00 tips, it's because you are not a good driver. It's a great company to work for! Driving around listening to music and Looking at the beautiful Austin scenery. There is no favoritism. If you do a good job, you get rewarded.

Inconvénients

Time constraints on the orders, some low tips, wear on the vehicle, can be stressful at times, have to work evenings

Avantages

Little interaction with management Pays weekly. Lots of time in your car if you enjoy reading or music Make your own schedule

Inconvénients

Wear on vehicle that is not reimbused. No hourly guarantee I have sat for 2 hours waiting for an order Frequent days where you loose money if you deduct gas People don't tip if your late because traffic. People frequently order out to avoid traffic areas Frequent 5 dollar earning orders, often taking a full hour to complete start to finish No taxes withheld, but they report everything The company keeps the majority of the delivery fee The dispatch team know who the tippers are, it's all on record, and I suspect give those orders to other dispatch working drivers (inclusive) You drive all over Austin. With the same low pay if you drive 1 mile or 20. You are contractually obligated, and sign away any right to sue them for damages received when you sign the arbitration clause. This protects them from any responsibility should something happen to you on clock.
