Thank you for your feedback! We love seeing employees appreciate and take advantage of our robust library of learning opportunities and educational resources.
Regarding our compensation review process, EPAM considers internal and external factors when creating a Total Rewards package - one component is salary. We review salaries annually and provide for raises based on internal factors like individual performance and performance against business objectives. We strive to align our pay-for-performance philosophy with employee expectations and the market. Please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss this further at Glassdoor@epam.com.
Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Inconvénients
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Inconvénients
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
