      Avantages

      Kind and calm atmosphere. Perfect management. High social standards: insurance, benefits, work load, flexibility. If you are working in the company you are really working in the company weather you are on a project or not. If the project over managers search for new one with no particular (1, 2, 3 moth, etc...) timeout for an employee. I would prefer to stay in EPAM but got an offer I cant refuse.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of legacy projects. Total "Enterprise". These factors reduce an are of some personal creativity. For example I wish to work with Scala but here we have Java only.

      Avantages

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

      Inconvénients

      In some cases, coordination across teams can take extra time
