      Avantages

      - good benefits package - the ability to choose from a variety of projects, technologies, and business domains - plenty of opportunities to learn and study new (including external and compensated education) - huge volumes of internal expertise and dozens of competency centers and practices - great corporate values which are actually true

      Inconvénients

      - assessment committee is required to be promoted and takes significant efforts to get prepared - compensation level might be higher - bonus system might be more transparent

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
