      We appreciate your feedback. EPAM knows how important it is to take time for yourself, and one way we do that is through a generous vacation package. We consider both internal and external factors when creating a rewards package - one component of which is salary. EPAM reviews salaries on an annual basis, and provides raises based on internal factors, including individual performance and business objectives.       Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
