      Avantages

      Many professionals to learn from. Variety of projects. Good career opportunities. Very good atmosphere. Free English lessons classes. Plenty of internal courses on different topics. There are 2 metro stations nearby the office.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are average for the market. Office in St.-Petersburg requires renovation (but still comfortable).

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
