      - good colleagues - Global company (opportunity to relocate, if wanted) - Work bench (EPAM will try to keep you, if you are temporarily without projects

      Inconvénients

      Legacy code, support after work, support on weekends, bad management, hard to receive salary increase, dress code, slow feedback from department that working on green card processing.

      Avantages

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
