      Can't think of any pros here.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, high workload. The boss always false promise and keep on pushing the timeline. The company culture is quite toxic. Most of the employee OT until very late and question you if you leave office at 6 something.

      Developers useless cannot commuincate properly , micromangement everywhere , This company is not good for growth , Boss have unreasonable timeframe
