Avantages
We have a lot of opportunities to develop our skills, people who have skills are always recognized by the company. People around us are very friendly and helpful. You can find so many employees who have been working here for more than 5 years / 10 years and even more, that simply proves EC Group is a very nice work place. We have a kind of mixed culture here, some of them look like MNC culture and some of them are like small start up culture, and you will be able to find both kind of advantages that are specific to bigger companies and that are specific to smaller companies. The company cares about giving importance to every individual.
Inconvénients
They have a safe parking, however, it is possible some time birds poop on your vehicle (but I have heard the company is planning to improve the parking sooner or later).
