Avantages
Benefits are very good, especially for the area. Some of the people are good at their jobs and can make the atmosphere feel not so bad. It's also a fun industry to work in. I've gotten involved in many different crafts since I started.
Inconvénients
Compensation is a joke. I have 2 full-time positions, and I get paid $10K less for just one of those jobs than what the industry standard is. Management takes no responsiblity for anything -- it always falls on the shoulders of the lowest employees no matter if it was their fault or not. The atmosphere is toxic and frankly just sad. I've heard shouting matches and seen a manager scream at a group of employees for everyone else to see and hear. There are a select group of people that basically can't get fired or let go just because they've sucked up enough and they've been there for 20+ years, despite the fact that they're really bad at their job.
