In a recent company meeting senior leadership said, "if you feel like you have to work weekends or evenings to get your work done, come talk to us. we'll reset expectations with the client. we don't want people burning themselves out". That was important to hear and very welcome.
Inconvénients
Working remote and team siloing can make it hard to meet and get to know co-workers we're not directly working with. But this is much more COVID's fault more than DRL's, hard to have team building when the teams can't meet.
