It appears as though anyone they will accept anyone they like (as in socially, not professionally) who they interview with off the street--Prior experience doesn't matter.

-Management appears to have this zen philosophy about training: they will not tell you what you aren't picking up until it is too late--then slowly alienate you until they feel like firing you.
