We are building out policies and procedures that will scale with our growth, but are still on our journey to completion. I’m disappointed to hear that you do not find our benefits plans as lucrative as others; we carefully select our benefit plans based on feedback from team members to make sure we are providing the benefits they value most at a competitive cost. Additionally, we make every effort to ensure that we provide benefits to our team members that assist them be the best they can be, even outside our comprehensive health and welfare benefit package such as tuition reimbursement, personal financial literacy tools, paid parental leave and many more.
