      Avantages

      Benefits are pretty good. Parking is convenient, as is access to major highways, etc. Annual Christmas party is quite nice and is held at a higher quality restaurant.

      Inconvénients

      There is no training provided for, yet lots of yelling and screaming by management. The company is privately-owned, and problems with nepotism and favoritism are rife. It's not always easy to work with relatives of owners who aren't terribly qualified for their positions. Managers after managers have been demoted according to senior management personal proclivities and what appears to be whims. The president yells at employees at the drop of a hat.

      Avantages

      Small Office, Small Community, If you have a limited work background they will be open to you

      Inconvénients

      The salaries are small, because it is run by a husband and wife and those who are friends - it can be abusive, there is a lot of pushing down, but people who are mindful of needing a job typically deal with it. Also, three month delay for benefits.
