      Friendly staff, management is supportive, low amount of on call hours

      Inconvénients

      Parking fees and you still have to ride shuttle or walk to get to the hospital.

      Avantages

      - Great benefits - Beautiful campus - School spirit and pride in the university amongst staff, faculty, and students

      Inconvénients

      It depends on what area or department you work in. I worked at the Health Policy Center on the Education Team within Duke University and it was not a good environment to work in at all. Being at Duke is what made is better but within the health policy center, there were a lot of biases and politics that made is extremely challenging to be happy there.
