      Great opportunity for references as the employees come from all walks of life, free housing and food, as well as free flights for those who are coming in from out of town. Great emotional rewards if you're into childcare and mentoring.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of stress -- you're dealing with hundreds of kids and their parents, as well as living in close quarters with coworkers and tensions can rise easily. Very low pay for basically being on-call 24/7.
