Avantages

While my colleagues and team were great to work with, my overall experience with the company was disappointing due to the management.

Inconvénients

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. The management is not up to the mark, leading to numerous inefficiencies and a lack of proper communication. It's frustrating to see potential go to waste due to poor leadership and disorganization. I would not recommend this company to others until significant improvements are made in the management structure.

Avantages

My experience at Drytech was disappointing. The leadership lacks technical depth, which reflects in the quality of processes and deliverables. There appears to be minimal focus on adhering to industry standards or conducting proper audits, which raises serious concerns about operational integrity. The work culture seems to favor local hires, possibly due to limited job opportunities in the surrounding region. However, for professionals relocating from outside, the area is not conducive to career growth, educational opportunities for children, or overall family well-being. The region itself is still developing, and the infrastructure does not support long-term professional or personal settlement. Unless you're from the local vicinity and have limited options, I would advise reconsidering a move to this organization, especially if you value structured work environments and growth opportunities.

Inconvénients

Politics with management team too many directors and leadership team to deal with so no GM stays there.

Avantages

Quality and production works separately and different management

Inconvénients

Communication from the top is almost non-existent, and when it does happen, it’s often dismissive or condescending. There’s a culture of blame that trickles down from the leadership, where employees are often held accountable for management’s own mistakes. This creates an environment of fear and mistrust, which stifles creativity and innovation
