      Avantages

      Very supportive company that treats people as individuals and values a good work / life balance. The number of employees who have stayed with the company for 30 years plus is a testament to them being a good employer.

      Inconvénients

      Building is quite dated but is gradually being refurbished.

      Avantages

      if you have a petty, suck up personality you'll get on well and probably be promoted, as the senior managers love a bit of butt kissing....

      Inconvénients

      trivial, petty, with little progression and a small pay pack to boot. The lack of diversity is mind numbing in 2022....although considering the attitude of the managers, nobody should be surprised!!
