      Avantages

      The community and mission are awesome! Felt loved and pay off the family.

      Inconvénients

      Superiors have no or little knowledge of the areas they govern. Little to zero communication with job duties, assignments and expectations. When concerns are brought to their attention, political red tape is their go-to answer When issues are brought to their attention, they're reaction is to relieve you of your duties instead of working out issues and coming to a common ground moving forward.

      Avantages

      The Ranch does an amazing job providing exceptional service for the Ranchers (clients) that they support. They do try to promote within and do their best to support the staff.

      Inconvénients

      Burnout is huge at the Ranch. I had seen a lot of people come and go over the time I worked there. I believe that the current management is aware of this but not really able to do much about it. There also can be a lot of drama which you have to be really careful to not get tied into.
