      Avantages

      - If you're considered "in" with upper management you're good to go. - Benefits were decent even though I had to pay into it.

      Inconvénients

      - No moral - Less than average pay for our current market - Upper management, poor leadership and poor communication - Reviews are a joke. It's a popularity contest but don't expect much of a raise if any

      Freedom of movement for drivers

      Inconvénients

      Everyone treated like a a number...upper managers cold and completely unaware of the problems drivers face... One Christmas after doing everything the company asked us, they gave us a bag of candy for a Christmas bonus with a letter basically saying we were lucky to have jobs. And by the way, don't be counting on any performance increases any time soon...
