You are expected to take direction from the co-founders without being allowed to ask questions, contribute your thoughts, or provide input. You will be hired for a job you won't be allowed to do. They want worker drones; they don't want your contribution or experience. They want flattery and compliance only. The company has questionable 'success', unsure if any of it is true or if the entire place is an elaborate scam. They won't tell employees client names or share much about the business. You have to scan your face and fingerprint to get into the office, and you will also be expected to scan to clock out at the end of the day.
