Lots of time with awesome dogs, groomers are skilled and supportive while teaching you useful tips and important safety practices. The path to advancement was not made clear, and while there were no formal performance reviews, occasional performance log reports were requested by managers. These submitted log reports did not result in discussion or feedback. Working in the bathing area is usually hot, pretty cramped with multiple bathers, loud, very wet and LOTS of dog hair everywhere. Expect to find dog hair inside your clothes, mouth, eyes and nose even if you wear a mask and glasses.
