Good company to gain experience and learn things if you are a fresher. You will receive good assistance/help from peers and managers
Inconvénients
Low salary and Low hike. The only con which I felt while working here was its low increment. You do have bonus each month based on your performance but to be eligible for it is quite tough with lots of requirement.
