Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Family oriented company with a great atmosphere. The pair is fair for the type of work and the area, but the real benefit is in the profit sharing that is distributed to the employees twice a year. The better the company does as a whole, then the better off the profit sharing that goes back to the employees that make it possible.
Inconvénients
Limited upward mobility. If you're not well known by upper management, then getting a promotion into a supervisor or manager position is near impossible. Go to the company picnics and get to know all the senior leadership.
