      Good people and some minor perks.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is a terrible leader and refuses to embrace change. He's quick to cap you on salary but never tell you and just tell folks that they can't afford raises.

      Lots of flexibility and reasonable work demand.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of potential in moving up the latter but you could still increase your earnings if you prove yourself.
