Avantages
Good working environment and great/friendly co-workers. The product and industry are very interesting. Definitely has a lot of potential to be a great company. Most employees are very passionate about their work. Despite some negatives, management is very supportive and want to see their employees succeed (with of course some personal gain). Management tries to provide opportunities to current employees. 21 days of vacation pay.
Inconvénients
High turnover. Pay could definitely be better, Employee retention needs improvements. Miscellaneous details about your contract won't be explained when they hire you - e.g. hiring as a contractor, when you're clearly an employee. Though the experience is good, the company has a long way to go. Management needs to be more transparent. Dependance on one employee for a lot of work - very disorganized and shifted organization structure in that sense.
