      Avantages

      Good benefits (competitive pay, generous vacation, above average pension match). Exciting technology with huge growth opportunities working with the worlds leading retailers. The senior leadership team are very sharp and accomplished.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely challenging to get things done internally because of miscommunication and a general sense of apathy/animosity towards customer requests. High level of employee turnover.

      Avantages

      The potential of the US market is enormous if you can crack it. Base pay is good. Good camaraderie within the US team.

      Inconvénients

      The US market is not ready to adopt the technology. Extremely high expectations of UK head office are inconsistent with the state of the market in US. Creates an environment of high pressure, constant micromanagement, and high turnover. US team is separate from the UK team and treated as a stepchild. Entire US team turns over every 18-24 months.
