Avantages
Having a good company culture is no longer just an option. Today’s workers consider it as much as they consider salary and benefits. While the culture that works for one company might not work for another, you can learn a lot from companies who are doing it right,
Inconvénients
Not many cons, but I would definitely like a better than salary. But this is not a big deal for me. But i have happy for this
