Avantages
I have been here for several years and the two things I have to say are personal and about the company. It's a sales organization so when you sell you make more, in addition, my salary has increased every year and not just my commissions. DLD builds great websites and performs very successful SEO campaigns so it's pretty easy to sell against poorly run digital marketing agencies.
As for the company itself, when we get to work on so many amazing custom projects, when we have access to amazing and brilliant designers, developers and SEO specialists it really gives an opportunity to learn how the digital marketing space works and to become and expert myself.
Inconvénients
No company is perfect of course there are issues but they tend to be small growing pains for a business that is rapidly expanding both in locations and staff.
