      Avantages

      - Not your old school traditional recruitment company, more of a start-up feel, energy and way of leadership - No suits or corporate wear! - Great culture, everyone really supports one another & is happy to celebrate successes. - Career accelerator, great for juniors and seniors alike - Commission and incentive structure is awesome - Lunches every day are delicious & company events are always fun - Cutest office dogs - Good flexibility as well

      Inconvénients

      If you're not self-motivated and results-driven this might not be the best place for you. Best suited to people who know what they want and are looking for more of a collaborative, coaching based setup.

      Avantages

      Great career progression, very transparent, and people-oriented! Lots of training, advice and monthly reviews to make sure everything is on track. There is an exceptionally high standard of consultant within the office, people generally start billing very soon, and unlike many other recruitment firms it is in no way a toxic environment!

      Inconvénients

      Need to be self-driven as the management is looking for people eager to learn and grow with the company Not a typical 9 to 5 job

      Avantages

      Digital Source is a great company to work in. Very good work conditions because you have got a great environment (pool table, big room for meetings, free sodas and so on) All the colleagues are nice and like to grind as much as partying. Work hard, play hard.

      Inconvénients

      The Marketing team is young at Digital Source so you've got to manage yourself, make a plan and keep on. However, you can always reach out someone when you need help which is great.
