      Avantages

      As an original staff member, I can honestly admit that every one of my bosses here is fantastic. I feel like a family member at BOSS, where leaders are thoughtful and nurturing. On the sales floor—which has an incredible ocean view— friendly competition is constantly encouraged and motivates everyone to work hard in a fun atmosphere. Personal development and prosperity are the keystones to success at BOSS

      Inconvénients

      Only downfall is daily commute.

      Avantages

      - Great challenge, and the team has your back every step of the way. - Personalities that mesh well together. - Fridge is stocked with bagels, snacks, and beverages. - Office activities are a must to join! Health challenges happen once in a blue moon. - Opportunity to grow with the company. - Once a project is complete and a client is happy, it's so rewarding. - Your input is valued. - Hybrid Schedule. - Little micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      - You need to be a self-motivator. Not really a con but it's essential. - Could use a better introduction to the company once hired.
