Inconvénients
my actual work was assigned on day 1 within 1hr and had to finish something by evening. bad management. everyone here always agree to all unrealistic expectations, and they do not ask/discuss if such thing is even possible to achieve. working on weekends(12hrs sat+sun) is a norm. if you are leaving at 8pm, your co workers will think you are not having any work. managers would nod to suggestions, but they cant do anything coz... fake promises that things will be better "soon", but it wont be! people who do not have technical background and have no understanding of the efforts to clear the hurdles, will "guide" you on how things were supposed to be done the previous day.
