      Avantages

      Nothing to add for pros.

      Inconvénients

      Aggressive micromanagement, managers don't know how to sell, toxic environment, waste of employee's time, extremely long and useless meetings, low salaries, ask for more sales but are closed to paying more, cap on bonus. A lot of good reviews were asked to be written by the management after a bad review was posted.

      Avantages

      Good salary for Moldova but that's about all.

      Inconvénients

      Management is very insecure about employees leaving the company. No real growth opportunities within the company.
