      Avantages

      Very fulfilling work. Also many chances to advance within the company. A lot of great people in upper management that are willing to help you when you need the help. Good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      It is easy to get burnt out because the work it's self can be stressful but also because more funding is needed to be able to hire more staff. There is a constant problem with not enough staff causing employees to be over worked.

      Avantages

      -Free food at dinner and lunch time -Caring for people with disabilities making a difference in their lives -Plenty of incentives. through gift cards and thank you cards -Good job expirence- cooking food ( and making it for ) people with pathological disablities, giving out medication, learning to drive a van. -Work on holidays is double pay and over weekends is one dollar more.

      Inconvénients

      -Not the job for everyone-the times are not for people looking for 9-5 Monday through Friday. -It is not a job that is clear cut with black and white answers-there are a lot of grey areas that can be hard to navigate through.
