      Poor management, No proper benefits, salary is reduced if any bugs in delivery No employee benefits, like PF, NPS etc Micromanagement only 40 people Poor infrastructure Bad customers and bad product Always changing employees, but Boss is in USA giving false promise to employees Never join

      Avantages

      I was able to choose my own hours when I first started working there.

      Inconvénients

      Asked to work late night shifts to reach their team members in India. Asked to perform unethical business practices to make a quick buck for the company and hurt the client in the long run.
