      Avantages

      Dev.Pro is a company with great processes, all very well defined and that really works with its employees in mind. They focus on deliveries and results, but they also have a great package of benefits and I really felt they were by my side when I needed to be away for health reasons. Great place to work!

      Inconvénients

      The pay can always be improved haha, but other than that, nothing to argue with!

      Avantages

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

      Inconvénients

      some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.

We also understand your point regarding project stability, as working with clients in outsourcing can sometimes bring unpredictability. We are striving to minimize such situations and provide full support, including bench opportunities, if they arise.
