generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

We appreciate your recognition of how much we care about our contractors. We also understand your point regarding project stability, as working with clients in outsourcing can sometimes bring unpredictability. We are striving to minimize such situations and provide full support, including bench opportunities, if they arise.

We’re glad you appreciated the smooth onboarding and respectful team culture.Regarding layoffs: we don’t have any mass reductions at the moment. Occasionally, there may be changes on client projects, but in most cases, we offer either a bench period or the opportunity to move to another project.
As for technical evaluations: we are constantly working on making them more structured and transparent for everyone. Every contractor can always raise any concerns with their manager or PP.
