No dress code/code of conduct etc. The people in charge will change how they want things done based on their mood. There are no set jobs. You do everything as a "Brand Ambassador". They rely and hire people based on looks No maternity/paternity leave They give their printing staff 2 weeks off for Chinese New Year, in which little to no product is made, but the staff in NV barely gets 2 days off for Christmas. A lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings in training. If you train a new employee, you're expected to do this and all of the work you normally do in a day ontop of it. DO NOT WORK HERE.
