Avantages
- Genuine, helpful people and very talented teams - A lot of change happening across many functions, with benefits from all these changes hopefully being realised in the coming months - Start-up mentality (new ideas, can-do attitudes) with people stepping up to take ownership of various internal/external initiatives, redesigning processes and tools, figuring out new engagement models and how Designit and other teams/entities within Wipro on the tech side can collaborate together
Inconvénients
- Not necessarily big cons as these are already being addressed, but navigating the current organisation takes a little while to understand, navigating the wider Wipro organisation takes longer... - Currently a work-in-progress to educate some teams within Wipro on who Designit are, what we do and the value we add when there are opportunities to collaborate together
