      Avantages

      Challenging projects with big companies, team is overall very nice and open feedback culture.

      Inconvénients

      Team is not diverse at all, very few non german speakers and director level is basically all male.

      I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.       Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

      Inconvénients

      Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
