Managers that didn’t belong in management were hired or promoted from within, quotas were haphazardly created for a product that management later admitted was ‘6-12 months away’. Entire swaths of people were either let go or left at the first chance they had. Only a select few people make any real money here, and even some of them have left for different reasons. They attempted something big and failed spectacularly at it. At the expense of a lot of peoples jobs.
