      1.Good infrastructure 2. Good HR department

      Inconvénients

      1. TOP management is very poor, no work system, Chutiya sales department, no traning, Saturday sunday you have to work ( only on paper you have holiday) 2.Very stressful job.

      Avantages

      You feel that you can make a diiference. Working with open minded management team and colleagues improves the innovation process and ensures daily challenges that keep your enthuziasm on high levels.

      Inconvénients

      Being so opened to changes in processes and in company's informational structures generates frustration to some of the employees.
