      Avantages

      Very good products, reliable and consistent performance. Fantastic technology for clinicians to use. Amazing evidence base supporting product. Has a unique place in the market.

      Inconvénients

      No support from senior management towards field clinical and salesforce. Senior staff feels employees are interchangeable and they can plug anyone into these roles. Significant turnover.

      Avantages

      Gold standard product that fits unique market shift/recognition of change in practice for evidence based improved patient care. Excellent focus on education and support. Small company management dynamics for open door policy and wide open opportunity. Very positive team culture. Well respected by KOL and recognized for outstanding evidence and innovation to approach to improved hemodynamic management.

      Inconvénients

      Small company with limited resources particularly in marketing. Greatest challenge is to have growth of sales and education team keep up with opportunities.
